Hotel Molino Del Puente is a family run, country retreat, just a 5 minute drive from the historic town of Ronda, which is the second most popular tourist destination in Andalucía.
The retreat, a renovated 17th Century olive mill, has 13 double en-suite bedrooms, each with unique individual features. The hotel was originally renovated in 2003 but the last complete renovation was in 2019.
There is a library, reception area, swimming pool, riverside terrace and gardens leading to a waterfall.
The hotel also features La Cascada restaurant, presently in the top 20/250 restaurants in the Ronda area. Fully fitted restaurant kitchen.

At present, average occupancy for the 9 months that the hotel is open is 70 %. (Mid Feb – Mid November, Christmas and New Year).
The hotel has 13 bedrooms, and reservations are generated through the hotel website (direct bookings) and various internet booking sites - headed by booking.com (commission 15 %). Staff includes 3 part time cleaners, a chef, kitchen porter and manager.
The restaurant (La Cascada) runs with the same operation staff and takes an average of 600 euros per night. The restaurant serves modern European style cuisine and is popular with both its own clients and those of surrounding hotels, guest houses, etc.
Turnover for 2018 was approx. 330,000 euros.
Percentage of turnover of the restaurant is 30%, - profit runs at an average of 25% for the restaurant.
