We are also noticing that the average sales price is on an upward trend, affirming the strong interest in the luxury property market in Marbella. The asking price for properties in the area is up by 7-10 per cent on the same time last year, indicating that demand is high and now is the time to buy. Land is increasingly scarce in the best areas of Marbella, which will inevitably lead to further price hikes in the coming months.
